Wegańskie gofry z mąki kasztanowej w wersji XXL.22 października
VEGAN CHESTNUT WAFFLES
/ 2 very thick waffles /
50 g chestnut flour (Govinda Natur)
20 g oat flakes
20 g wholemeal wheat flour
50 g coconut flour
100 g soy vanilla yogurt
80 ml strong infusion of Pukka Three Cinnamons tea
pinch of salt
2 tbsp sweetener Sukrin
a few drops almond extract
80 ml vanilla soy drink
2 tbsp organic olive oil (Fandler)
Yogurt mix with flours, flakes, salt and sweetener.
Add the olive oil, almond extract, tea infusion and soy drink.
Bake in well heated, greased waffle iron until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
Due to the addition of coconut flour,
waffles are quite fragile, so be careful.
I bake them in the waffle iron (XXL type),
therefore they are also very heavy (one = two classic waffles)
what can increase the risk of crumbling waffles while getting them off.
