RICOTTA DUMPLINGS COOKED IN MILK
half a package of ricotta chees (125 g)
1 teaspoon of coconut blossom syrup
pinch of salt
a few drops of vanilla extract
1 large egg
65 g wheat flour type 1850 (half a cup)
350 ml coconut milk
fruits, slices of dried coconut and sweet chestnuts to serve
Mix ricotta with egg, syrup and salt.
Transfer to a bowl and gradually adding flour, knead the dough.
Sprinkle your hands with flour and form balls.
Put them into boiling milk.
Cook for about 5 minutes on lowest heat.
After this time, pour into a bowl, decorate and serve.
